These providers are only permitted to use your information to perform services on our behalf.

  • Legal and safety purposes, if required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Starlight Social, our clients, or others.

  • Business transfers, if Starlight Social is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Client account and project data is generally retained for the duration of the engagement plus 12 months afterward, unless a longer period is required by law or requested by the client for handoff purposes.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. This may include password-protected tools, restricted access to client systems, and confidentiality agreements with team members and contractors.
