Why We Started
Starlight Social didn't start with a business plan. It started with a conversation between two people who kept running into the same problem from opposite sides of it.
Rachel was working with business owners who had brilliant ideas and real momentum — but were slowly drowning in the operational weight of running a company. The strategy was there. The vision was there. What was missing was someone they could trust to actually hold it all together.
Cheryl had spent years being that person. Behind the scenes of healthcare brands, content teams, and digital marketing operations, she was the one building the systems, coordinating the moving pieces, and making sure the right things got done in the right order. She was good at it. But she was doing it alone, without the strategic counterpart who could help her clients see the bigger picture.
When the two of us started working together, something clicked.
