Rachel is a tenacious, poised, and creative professional in the communications and media field. She earned her degree in Business, Media, and Communications from Gettysburg College and has extensive experience in sales, social media strategies, recruiting, event planning, and community management.
She's a multi-tasking go-getter in heels with a passion for bringing people together, collaborating, and making new connections. In her free time, Rachel likes to read, write fiction, practice yoga, and play with her Rhodesian Ridgeback/Hound mix, Rufus Apollo Poms-Wynn.

Sydny is a marketing professional with a sales background and specialty in copywriting. While she enjoyed during her time in sales, with a B.A. in English Literature from Dickinson College, the storytelling and creativity required for blogging and social media management became a natural fit. Sydny specializes in content creation and social media management for connection driven organizations such as real estate agents and investors.
When she’s not at her computer you can find her exploring her new home, New Orleans, with her husband, Sam and their adorable mutt, Olive.

Sheena's roots have always been in Virginia, but she has been traveling the country with her husband and two children, until recently when the Air Force brought them back “home” - or close to it! Using her degree in Human Services, her history of managerial work, Executive Assistant work, and her time spent as a Content Coordinator and Creator she has approached the field of social media with vigor and has never looked back.
With a background of research and data, she uses her thirst for information in both her personal and professional life; shaping and adapting her environment to be as productive as possible while working remotely wherever the military sends her family. When not at work, you can find her nose in a book.
Julie is an exceptionally organized woman who always tries to do her best in order to accomplish a task with a smile. She is very positive and cheerful that's why there’s no difficult task for her that cannot be done. With these great characteristics, surely, she is someone that you can depend and rely on.
She is also very capable for she graduated with a Degree in Political Science, and later on she pursued to finish Bachelor of Laws. While enjoying her life with her two beautiful kids, she was also able to take Masters in Public Administration to further enhance her knowledge. She has been working online for more than 8 years now and she have done great contributions to her clients’ successes.
Alicia is a designer and art director who relishes in drawing with her hands as well as working hours on the computer. She considers herself 50% digital 50% analog, the perfect “ying and yang” when it comes to creating. She has a BFA in Graphic Design from Kendall College of Art and Design and experience with both digital and print designing making her a technical powerhouse.
Among other clients, Alicia has worked with Ford, Campbells Soups, Under Armour, Powerbar, L’Oreal, and McDonalds. After some traveling and moving after college, Alicia has finally landed in Detroit Michigan. She is an avid hiker, thrill-seeker, dog mom, hand letterer and all around go-getter.

SOCIAL MEDIA INTERN
Brittney is a recent graduate of Pennsylvania State University. Throughout her Advertising major, she took an interest in social media and set out to explore the rapidly growing industry that it is. She finds herself interested in both the creative and strategic components and looks forward to growing her career goals throughout this internship.
If she is not multi-tasking on her computer, you can find her in the dance studio. Brittney was involved in dance throughout college and continues to follow her dance dreams post graduation. Music, fitness, and the arts are just a few of her interests. Whenever you need a good laugh she is the teammate to call! Brittney thrives in a team environment and is very excited to contribute to the success of Starlight Social this Summer!
KENneth j. WYNN
Senior BUSINESS ADVISOR / Father
Ken studies business trends and teaches people how to earn profit by offering strategic insight and techniques on how to maintain multiple streams of income. Ken has been in IT for 25 years and has focused on healthcare system integration the last 20 years. He received his B.A. in Economics from the University of Maryland, College Park.
He currently teaches website design and works with students on high school/college retention issues. Ken currently lives in Miami, Florida and communicates daily with his daughter and son. Ken enjoys reading, music, surfing the web and sharing ideas with friends and family. His first computer was a Radio Shack Tandy 1000ex with a 300 baud modem, things have changed! And yes, that's Rachel in the picture!
